This morning we watched a children's animated show on TBN. It was about Barabas.
The crucifiction story was told, and Red came crying to me. He did not understand why Jesus died. I tried to explain that we were bad and Jesus died in our place. I'm not sure this was very clear to him, but I know God's timing is perfect, and He will call Red to Him in due time. It looks like the season of salvation is near.
