Weekly dinner menu?

So, I'm thinking about posting a weekly menu from the HEB meal deal of the week.

For any Texans out there reading this blog, you are familiar with HEB and the weekly meal deal. This week it's buy a roast (or something) and get lots of free stuff.
So, I thought about posting weekly for the meal deal, telling how I double everything for the family of 6, and letting you all enjoy the meal with me.
Some weeks, HEB has more than one meal deal. On those weeks, I'll make two dinner menus. That will give you plenty of ideas to mull over, and if you don't have an HEB, I'll be sure to list all the goodies that go into the meal deal for you.
