Sunday was my Baby Shower. From the amount of people who RSVP'd, we thought there wouldn't be a big turn out. Boy were we surprised! Pleasantly!
So, I've got lots of clothes for baby Sofia. Pretty pink, lavender, red, green, adorable clothes.
We got a portable swing, a bouncer (which had already been sent a few months ago), baby body wash, a really cool diaper bag, and lots of other great things too.
There were probably about 15 to 18 guests in all. They filled every chair in my house! It was great! I do LOVE a party.
Of course, as Lori used to say, "Every party has a pooper, that's why I invited you, party pooper, party pooper!"
That honor can go to one of two people who didn't act like they were having much fun until I opened the gifts they brought. Then, after oohing and aahing over their gifts, they were happy. Amazing!
Anyway. It was fun. I had a good time, and I am certain that those who were there for me and Sofia will reap great rewards in heaven!

showers are fun but very stressful. i was ALWAYS afraid noone wouuld show up to mine - that's the hormones talking and satan trying to get me down. but we always had a great turn out!
